At BohoCreate, we aim to process and dispatch all physical orders as quickly and carefully as possible.
Processing times
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after payment has been received.
During busy periods, launches, seasonal events or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
UK shipping
We currently ship physical products within the United Kingdom.
UK orders are usually sent by Royal Mail or another trusted UK courier service.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any free shipping offer will be clearly shown at checkout.
Digital products
Digital products, printable downloads, templates and other instant-access products are not physically shipped.
If you purchase a digital product, you will receive access to download it after purchase via the checkout confirmation page and/or email. No shipping charge applies to digital products.
International shipping
At present, we do not routinely offer international shipping unless this is shown as available at checkout.
If international shipping is made available, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes or local charges that may apply in their country.
Incorrect delivery information
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
BohoCreate is not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us, we may contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage costs may apply.
Lost or delayed orders

Damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
